In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged good, please notify Anneka Gray Jewellery with in 14 days of receipt. We will assess the damage and help to resolve the issue by repair or replacement. It is advised that you purchase insurance for high cost, bespoke orders such as engagement rings. Anneka Gray Jewellery can provide a valuation receipt for the final product/products ordered.
Please note that all designs are drawn by hand and are for illustrative purposes only. We endeavour to give the client as much of a feel possible as to how the finished product will look, so that you can order with full confidence. Every piece is hallmarked by the London Assay office, and where possible we will supply a gemstone certificate (for example, GIA, or IGI).
A delivery charge will be added on once the product is completed and delivery method is agreed.
